Vila Muhr offers accommodation, restaurant services, events, meetings, experiences and other related services.

third-party booking or reservation platforms;

direct written communication with Vila Muhr.

An inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation becomes binding only after it has been confirmed by Vila Muhr or through the relevant booking or reservation system.

All services are subject to availability.

The precise price, payment conditions, cancellation policy, included services and other conditions are determined by the specific offer selected by the guest. These conditions may be provided through the booking system, reservation platform, confirmation email, written offer or other direct communication.

The specific terms of the selected offer or confirmed reservation take precedence over these general Terms of Use where they regulate a particular service, payment, cancellation or reservation condition in greater detail.

Prices and Payment

All published prices include value-added tax unless expressly stated otherwise.

Additional charges, such as tourist tax, optional services or supplements, may apply where stated in the selected offer or reservation confirmation.

Payment must be made according to the conditions of the selected offer. Depending on the service or rate, payment may be required at the time of booking, before arrival or directly at Vila Muhr.

By completing a reservation or purchasing a service, the guest agrees to pay all amounts due under the selected offer and reservation conditions.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions of the selected offer or confirmed reservation.

Depending on the selected rate, service and time of cancellation, cancellation or modification charges may apply.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted using the contact details stated in the reservation confirmation or through the booking platform on which the reservation was made.

Arrival and Departure

Accommodation is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Check-out must be completed by 11:59 a.m. on the day of departure.

Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Parking

Free parking is available for guests of Vila Muhr.

Parking spaces are subject to availability. Vila Muhr is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left inside vehicles, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Restaurant, Events and Other Services

Restaurant reservations, private events, meetings, exclusive hire, experiences and other services may be subject to separate conditions regarding:

deposits;
minimum consumption;
guest numbers;
cancellations;
menus;
timings;
payment.

These conditions will be communicated through the relevant reservation system, written offer, confirmation email or direct communication with Vila Muhr.

Complaints and Claims

Alpinia d.o.o. is responsible for handling complaints and claims relating to reservations, payments and services provided by Vila Muhr.

Complaints may be submitted:

directly at Vila Muhr;

in writing to Alpinia, turistično podjetje, d.o.o., Ukanc 132, 4265 Bohinjsko jezero, Slovenia.

The complaint should include:

the guest’s name;
the reservation number, where applicable;
a description of the circumstances;
the requested resolution.

Complaints will be acknowledged and handled as soon as reasonably possible and within any deadlines required by applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original payment.

Cancellation by Vila Muhr

Vila Muhr reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation, event or service in the event of force majeure, safety concerns, technical issues or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where appropriate, Vila Muhr will offer an alternative date, alternative service or refund in accordance with applicable law and the conditions of the confirmed reservation.

Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, documents and other materials published on this website are owned by or licensed to Alpinia d.o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The material may be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or commercial use without prior written permission from Alpinia d.o.o. is prohibited.
