Experience Overview

The masterclass is led by Chef Davor Arnautović, who gained his experience in some of the world’s finest restaurants and today brings this knowledge into the kitchen of Gourmet Vila Muhr through an Alpine cooking approach.

In an intimate setting, under the chef’s personal guidance, you will take part in the preparation of selected dishes, while gaining insight into professional culinary techniques, the use of local ingredients, and the thinking behind a modern plate.

Throughout the masterclass, the chef shares his perspective, experience, and techniques from professional kitchens. By working alongside him, you will discover the journey from ingredient to a refined, contemporary dish.

The experience concludes with a tasting of the dishes you have prepared together with the chef.
